Organizational effectiveness is the level of accuracy or success of the organization in achieving the same goals between leaders and employees in order to meet common needs.
This article discusses how an organization can be effective by using various models and approaches.
This article uses the library research method. The method of collecting data is obtained from notes, journals, books, and so on.
The results of this study show that managers who lead an organization can apply several models and approaches, such as the effectiveness objective model and system resources. Approaches that can be applied include the goal achievement approach, the systems approach, the strategic constitution, and member satisfaction, so that the organization they lead can be effective, creative, and innovative. A manager must also have innovation in providing solutions to existing criticism so that the organization can be in accordance with the agreed goals.
