Abstract

Madrasah heads have the responsibility to create a conducive environment for the development and improvement of the quality of education.

By playing the role of an innovator, madrasa principals can lead positive changes in improving the quality of education in madrasas. Continuous innovation and efforts to improve the quality of education will have a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement.
