Abstract

The improvement of the quality of Islamic educational institutions is not only determined by the availability of facilities, curriculum, and managerial policies, but also by the work culture developed within the organization. This article aims to analyze the role of a productive work culture as a foundation for improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. This study employed a qualitative approach using the library research method through the review of relevant literature, including books, scientific articles, and policy documents. The results of the study indicate that a productive work culture is reflected in discipline, responsibility, cooperation, commitment to quality, innovation, and service-oriented attitudes in education. These values are in line with Islamic principles such as amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), itqan (professionalism), and musyawarah (consultation). A productive work culture contributes to improving the performance of educators and staff, enhancing institutional management effectiveness, and creating a conducive learning environment. Therefore, a productive work culture is a strategic foundation for realizing high-quality, adaptive, and competitive Islamic educational institutions.
