Talent management has developed extensively within corporate settings; however, its theoretical integration into Islamic educational management remains limited. Most existing models prioritize competence and performance efficiency without systematically embedding spiritual and ethical values as foundational principles. This study aims to formulate a theoretical model of talent management grounded in Islamic educational values, positioning spirituality as the core of human resource development. This research employs a qualitative library research approach through critical analysis and conceptual synthesis of contemporary talent management theories and Islamic management literature. The study reconstructs a value-based framework integrating managerial processes with normative Islamic principles. The findings propose a Value-Based Islamic Talent Management Model (VBITM) consisting of trust-based identification (amanah), competence-oriented recruitment (kafa’ah), spiritual-professional development (ihsan), justice-based evaluation (‘adalah), value-driven retention, and succession planning aligned with maqashid al-sharia. The model repositions human resources as both human and moral capital.
