Abstract

Global changes and challenges require educational institutions to adapt through a continuous process of organizational transformation. In this process, leadership plays a strategic role in determining the direction and success of change. This article discusses the concept of visionary leadership as a leadership style capable of realizing educational organizational transformation. Visionary leaders not only focus on operational management but also possess the ability to design a long-term vision, inspire, and mobilize all elements of the organization toward innovation and progress. Through a visionary leadership approach, educational institutions can create a work culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and responsive to changing times.
