Digitalization significantly influences the management of Islamic education, offering innovative approaches to address the challenges of character building and social skills for Generation Z. This generation, born and raised in the digital era, is characterized by being adaptive, tech-literate, and innovative. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and strategies for utilizing digital technology in Islamic education management to enhance the social skills of Generation Z. Using a library research approach, this study concludes that the integration of technology into learning management, such as the use of electronic media and digital platforms, can create more engaging and relevant learning experiences. Innovative strategies that integrate fundamental Islamic values with modern technology and the active role of educational leaders are key to success. Virtual learning models and the strengthening of a digital-based academic culture not only improve educational competitiveness but also serve as effective means to train collaboration, communication, and social responsibility crucial aspects of social skills within the framework of character building in the Society 5.0 era.
