IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK KELAS VIII UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK Di MTs THORIQUL ULUM PACET MOJOKERTO
Abstract
The development of audiovisual media in education has reflected substantial changes in contemporary learning approaches. This transformation is primarily driven by advancements in digital technology, which have resulted in faster access, interactivity, and customized learning content tailored to individual needs. In this context, the use of audiovisual media in education has significantly enhanced students' interest and learning outcomes. Positive impacts observed include increased interest in learning among students, as engaging and interactive audiovisual media can stimulate their interest in the learning process. The aim of this research is to explore and analyze the implementation of audiovisual media in teaching aqidah (Islamic creed) and akhlak (morality) and its impact on students' learning interest at MTs Thoriqul Ulum Pacet Mojokerto. This research adopts a case study approach with a descriptive qualitative method. Data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. To ensure the validity of the data, data validity tests are used, as well as triangulation techniques involving methods, sources, and time. The research findings indicate that the implementation of audiovisual media in teaching aqidah (Islamic creed) and akhlak (morality) at MTs Thoriqul Ulum has a positive impact on students' learning interest. These media successfully create an engaging and dynamic learning environment, thereby increasing students' engagement in the learning process and enriching their understanding of the aqidah akhlak material. The results of this research underscore the importance of using audiovisual media in education to enhance students' learning interest.
