This study aims to describe the implementation of a positive culture to develop the Pancasila student profile character in students by the school at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Jogorogo. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several forms of positive culture implementation in the school, including the establishment of class beliefs, thereby creating a safe and conducive learning environment; the application of the restitution triangle, which helps students become more goal-oriented, maintain positive discipline, and recover after making mistakes; and daily school habits outlined in the school's SOP, which reinforce the character in line with the Pancasila student profile. Additionally, various mandatory and elective extracurricular activities provide a platform for students to channel their potential, talents, and interests in the fields of science, general knowledge, religion, and sports. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of a positive culture can realize the character of the Pancasila student profile. This demonstrates that the positive culture implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Jogorogo has been successful and serves as a foundation for developing students' character in line with the Pancasila student profile according to the current independent curriculum.
