Analisis Hambatan Komunikasi dalam Proses Pembelajaran dan Strategi Mengatasinya

Abstract

Effective communication is a crucial component in the learning process. However, various communication barriers often disrupt the interaction between educators and students, negatively impacting the achievement of learning objectives. This research aims to identify and analyze the communication barriers that occur in the learning context and to formulate effective strategies to overcome these barriers. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that communication barriers in learning include linguistic, psychological, technological, and environmental factors. To address these barriers, recommended strategies include communication training for educators, optimal utilization of technology, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. In conclusion, structured and continuous efforts are needed to improve the effectiveness of communication in learning, which in turn will enhance the overall quality of the teaching and learning process.
