This article examines the management of Islamic education in the digital era, focusing on transformation strategies and challenges in implementing educational technology. This study uses a library research method, collecting and analyzing relevant literature from various academic and practical sources. The findings indicate that Islamic educational institutions face several challenges in adopting educational technology, including infrastructure limitations, lack of technological skills among educators, and resistance to cultural change within organizations. However, several successful strategies have been implemented, such as enhancing technology training for teachers, integrating technology-based curricula, and collaborating with external parties for technology infrastructure development. Additionally, the study finds that support from top management and community involvement also play a crucial role in the successful implementation of educational technology. This research provides practical recommendations for Islamic educational institutions to overcome these challenges and leverage the opportunities presented by educational technology to improve the quality of learning and overall educational management.
