Abstract

Leaders are individuals who have the authority to direct, protect, and manage the people they lead, regardless of their wishes or feelings. According to Kartono (2010), leaders have special skills that make them able to influence other people to achieve common goals.

A leader's unique character, habits and personality determine his leadership style and behavior. Leadership is an aspirational and moral force that can change the attitudes of members to be in line with the leader. As a role model, leaders provide positive examples through attitudes, words and actions.

Based on the results of the service that has been carried out, in general it can be concluded that the seminar and training program can generally be implemented well, and bring positive changes to partners and the community.
