This article is framed in a topic around the description of educational organizational indicators through coordinated actions from various sources. This type of research is included in the library research category and includes qualitative research. The aim of this research is to analyze effective and efficient coordination actions so that they can be used as indicators in educational organizations. The results of this research show that effective and efficient coordination is collaboration between various parties. As an indicator of organization, coordination also requires complementary actions, namely communication. Communication aims to convey thoughts or ideas from various organizational personnel.
Ultimately, this article aims to make a substantial and impactful contribution to the broader discourse on teamwork in organizations. This article seeks to provide strategic guidance for effective and efficient coordination as an indication of the success of educational organizations.
